Professional Approach

International sport provides a unique environment in which legal, institutional, political and economic interests converge.

Thierry Granturco’s approach is based on the conviction that sustainable regulatory solutions require more than legal analysis. They require dialogue between institutions, governing bodies and stakeholders whose legitimate interests may diverge.

His objective is to contribute to solutions that are legally robust, institutionally sustainable and capable of reconciling the legitimate interests of all stakeholders involved.

By approaching sport as a field of international governance rather than as an isolated legal discipline, he seeks to support regulatory frameworks that remain effective, balanced and durable over time.
